Why is billing on the web, not in the iOS app?
We believe in transparent pricing. By billing directly through our website via Stripe, we avoid Apple's 30% commission — savings we pass on to you. The iOS app is free to download and use during your trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on sarthi.family. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How many family members can I add?
The Family plan supports up to 5 family members (Owner + 4 Members). You can also invite unlimited Guests — external professionals like lawyers, accountants, and doctors who get scoped access to specific domains.
Is my data secure?
Every family gets a physically isolated database (DB-per-family architecture). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never train AI models on your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.
What countries do you support?
Sarthi currently supports Australia, India, United States, and Singapore. All times are localized to each family member's timezone. Multi-country compliance tracking is built in.
Do I need an iPhone?
The mobile app is iOS-first. An Android version is planned for v2. The web dashboard (coming in v1) works on any device with a browser.
